So definitely some nice changes last time I visited. The employee at the counter was extremely nice and polite. I've never encountered someone so helpful in a restaurant. THANK YOU! We got the veal and eggplant parmesan with salad and it was delicious! Everything we've ever gotten here is so good, and reasonably priced. The staff are always very friendly too. And if you like chicken wings you've got to try them here. Best sauce in town to me!

For what it is, this place is great. It's not fancy, the pasta is overcooked and probably prepackaged, but you can't beat it for some cheap comfort food. My go-to is the manicotti, soooo much cheese and the garlic bread is all right. Desserts are good too.
I was in Chattanooga today and had the pleasure of stopping into this quaint restaurant! It had come recommended. Although the building is older and so is the interior, it was VERY clean. HOWEVER, the food was so great! I ordered the Gyro meat plate and it was not fatty. Veggies were steamed and NOT mushy. Greek salad was on point. I can’t wait to come back!
Even though there was an error on one of our recent orders, the staff quickly fixed the issue. The times we have ordered from here, the food has been ready when promised and always the same quality we expect from Rafael's.
Always great meals and easy going place. 2022 ditto. Building needs some renovation but still good place to go .
